PilatesLY was founded through a lifelong connection to movement, wellness, and intentional living.

Originally from Indiana with an upbringing rooted in athletic training and movement-based disciplines, Lana Yarian brings a well-rounded and deeply informed approach to Pilates shaped by both personal experience, continued education, and a deep appreciation for the connection between our physical and mental well-being. After discovering Pilates as a physical and mental transformative practice, she developed a deeper appreciation for movement rooted in strength, alignment, awareness, and longevity.

Lana holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology degree from Indiana University, and has completed a 400 hour Balanced Body certification in mat and reformer pilates training under Maria Leone and Miku Yoshida at Bodyline Pilates alongside a Pilates apprenticeship through Maria Leone.

Lana’s teaching philosophy blends athletic foundation with intentional movement, emphasizing strength through length, refined body awareness, and elevated movement experiences designed to support both physical and mental well-being. Through private instruction and curated wellness experiences, PilatesLY creates modern movement spaces centered around connection, atmosphere, and intentional movement - with a continued commitment to evolving practice and ongoing education.
